As a mother of 3... I know how difficult it can be to fit Fitness into your life. Between car pools, play dates, cooking, baking, cleaning, laundry and more. Life can get overwhelming and staying in shape can get thrown to the curb.
The first thing you need to realize is that by staying in shape or getting back into shape will not only make you feel great about you but it will benefit everyone else as well. A happy, healthy mom = a happy, healthy family. Not only are you helping yourself but you are teaching your children through example.
Here is an idea of how busy Moms can FIT - IN - FITNESS!

1. HIT THE PARK. Spring is here (or almost here in some places) and the park is the perfect place to take your workout and your kids! Grab a stroller and start running. Kids can even be an encouragement as most of them like to "go faster mommy faster"!!
Try sprinting for 15 seconds. Jog for 2 minutes. Sprint 30 seconds. Walk for 2 minutes. REPEAT.

2. Stop at a park bench or fence. Do PUSH-UPS. I know I know. Push-ups are horrible but they are the best way to work your back, arms , chest and shoulders - all at the same time! So get over the pain and push it!!
Level 1 is push up against the fence or park bench.
Level 2 is legs elevated on the fence or park bench.
Do 15 reps. Run some more then come back and Do another 15 reps.
Pretty soon you will be reaching 100 push up status!
3. School is almost out! So bring the older kids to the park as well. Give them an activity or make them participate with you.
